Even after horrors of Grenfell, the Government has failed abysmally to deal with the cladding scandal. While Tories dither and developers delay, leaseholders of dangerously clad flats are stuck in limbo, unable to sell or remortgage, facing ever-rising service charges and insurance premiums.
