Compared to average male employee:

• Women are paid 8.3% less

• Black African women paid 26% less

• Bangladeshi and Pakistani women paid 28% and 31% less!

Instead of disputing respected ONS figures and pretend there’s no problem, Ministers need to fix these dreadful disparities.
