Marking Islamophobia Awareness Month, I was honoured to join my good friend Afzal Khan (MP for Manchester Gorton), the Muslim Council for Britain and Human Rights Watch to say no to hatred, discrimination and division.

This year’s theme was Tackling Denial- given the sheer scale of abhorrent incidents, we need to work together through education and solidarity so that we can tackle the denial of Islamophobia.
