As the MP for the Slough constituency, it is important that my office and I can keep in touch with constituents about my work, take up casework on their behalf and ask for views on local issues. The office of Tan Dhesi MP will only collect and use personal information for the specific purpose for which it has been obtained.
To undertake casework it may be necessary for me to share information with third party organisations (including government departments, local authorities and other public bodies). I will only do where necessary and reasonable, and only the minimum amount necessary.
I will only keep personal information for as long as necessary to resolve or otherwise complete requests, although I may retain a minimum amount of information about closed cases in the event I am contacted again for assistance.
