This month, I had the honour of officially opening Slough’s Jobs Fair in Queensmere Shopping Centre organised by Slough Jobcentre Plus.

Getting out into the community and speaking to the public about employment and training is a great way to reach and help those struggling to find work. With around 20-30 local employers invited to meet with Slough residents, there were some brilliant opportunities in a range of industries.
